1. Summer Twilight Concert Series: The Kurlou Reggae All-Stars will put on a free concert tonight at Brookside Gardens in Wheaton from 6:30-8 p.m. as part of Montgomery Parks’ Summer Twilight Concert Series.

2. Council Meeting: The county council will meet today starting at 11:30 a.m. with separate proclamations recognizing Juneteenth and International Day for Countering Hate Speech. The meeting will be livestreamed here.

3. Community Conversation: From 7-8:30 p.m. at the Wheaton Community Recreation Center, County Executive Marc Elrich will join the Wheaton Urban District’s second community conversation on “Supporting Youth in Crisis.” Registration is recommended.
